Online Registration
PAYMENT
Delegates will be able to pay for registration using GBP, USD or EURO currency.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION
Payment for online registration can be made by credit card only.
GROUP REGISTRATION
For group bookings (minimum 15 delegates) please contact secretariat@isirv.org
STUDENT REGISTRATION
Student registration must be accompanied by valid proof of status. Please forward a copy of a current student card or a signed letter from your Head of Department to Options XI Administration at secretariat@isirv.org and quote your registration reference.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE FEE POLICY
Requests for refunds and changes to your registration must be submitted via email to Options XI Administration at secretariat@isirv.org by 24 August 2022 to be eligible for reimbursement.
Refunds can be made in full up to 29 July 2022.
For refund applications from 29 July 2022, there will be a GBP100 / USD 130 / EUR 120 processing fee for all refunds and changes.
Refunds requested from 26 July may not be processed until after the conference.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, refund and change requests received after 24 August 2022 will not be processed.
Registrations can be transferred. Should you need to transfer your registration to another name, please contact Options XI Administration at secretariat@isirv.org and quote your registration reference.
